I reflect upon my time spent as a child within the British care system and having practiced within various challenging and diverse local authorities, I also draw upon my extensive experience of working with extremely vulnerable children and their families as a child protection social worker.
Within my talks and presentations, I incorporate the 7 principles I have cultivated to overcome significant trauma as featured in my debut book Both Sides of the Track.
